One of the worst bnb experiences we have ever had. We got a call 20 mins before we were able to check in telling us they had to cancel because one of the two rooms didn’t have AC, they moved us to a room that couldn’t accommodate our party forcing two of our girls to sleep on the floor. They ensured the HVAC would be fixed, not true, so we could move to our original rooms on Saturday by 11. So no matter what we were going to be disrupted again. Well come Friday afternoon, I get a TEXT, when I wasn’t anywhere near my phone telling us we have to leave because they cannot get the HVAC fixed. No options or anything just thought we could simply pack our things for a party of 7 and find another place to stay in the middle of a weekend.
