Had to find another place to stay on our own first night which was a headache and Airbnb needed to assist with reimbursement. Met other guests who told us they had no issues and we were able to get another room the next day for the rest of our stay and had no issues. Overall we really liked the place, rooms were nice, coffee machine was great in the main area and they had a nice fireplace which was very comfortable. The potential main issue is that there is no staff on site to assist with anything which is what happened our first night. Management was responsive online/on the phone but couldn’t assist in person. Guessing this keeps costs down and probably works well most of the time but we happened to be the exception. Would stay again but just know the potential issues."
