The front door was completely unlocked, allowing anyone to enter without security. The keypad to one of my rooms had the wrong code and I couldn’t get help for over 20 minutes at 10pm with my daughter. We just returned form my eldest daughters wedding rehearsal. I had to try and find another hotel at 11pm. It definitely affected the enjoyment of the wedding. I have asked for a refund and I have not gotten any positive response. Also, there is a $250 cleaning fee. My stay for two rooms was a charge of over $1,000 for rooms I NEVER stayed in." (1/5)
